In June 1943, the Adlerwerke company received an order for development of the E 100. However, in 1944, heavy tank development was discontinued. By the end of the war, only the chassis was completed, which was later captured by the British Army.

A series of vehicles developed by BRUNON-VALETTE under the ELC program in the late 1950s. The goal was to create a light aeromobile tank for fire support purposes. The vehicle had small dimensions and high maneuverability. A total of 10 pilot vehicles with different types of armament were produced. They underwent trials, but the vehicle never entered mass production.

Project for a heavy SPG based on the Conqueror Mk II tank with a 183 mm gun and rear placement of the traversable turret and fighting compartment. The vehicle was designed to counter Soviet heavy tanks at long range (up to 1,829 m) and should have been able to withstand return fire from 122 mm guns at a distance of up to 500 m. After the development of 193 mm Malkara anti-tank rocketswhich were a cheaper and more efficient choice for countering the IS-series tanksthe vehicle lost its relevance. The project was canceled shortly after a dummy vehicle was built.

A heavy coastal defense tank developed in the late 1950s as part of a corresponding program. It was chiefly designed for effective defense against the Soviet Army, which was expected to land on the English Channel shore during wartime. The tank was planned to be equipped with a double-barreled gun system able to cause guaranteed damage to light LSTs and amphibious vehicles, as well as fight tanks on the coast. Its armor, in turn, was supposed to ensure protection not only from tank ammunition but also from naval artillery supporting the landing. The project remained in blueprints.

The vehicle was never produced, and by the end of World War II, only a wooden prototype had been built.

In June 1953, H.L. Yoh Company Inc. presented seven prototypes of a promising tank. One of them was named the M-V-Y. It suggested creating a vehicle with an unusual construction of the fighting compartment: the commander and the gunner being situated in the very narrow oscillating turret, and the loader in the hull. The shells were transferred from the hull to the turret through a narrow neck hole in the base of the turret. The suspension was supposed to have horizontal shock absorbers and a reserve internal track, that would allow to extract the vehicle from the battlefield if the main track was destroyed. The tank was equipped with the main cannon and five machine guns. The tank was never built.
