1 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
3 Minced garlic cloves
2 Tbsp Orange juice
60g Flour
60g Cornstarch
100 ml Water
For the sauce: 1/2 ginger, 1/2 chilli
50g Brown sugar, 50 ml Orange juice
2 Tbsp Soya sauce, 4 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp Honey
1,5 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Water
(First) Fry for 4 minutes
- For a very crispy crust, we will fry twice
