What does a #Ooogy mean? Oogies are unique in many ways. They are the worlds first cross-platform companions and are an important part of 9Lives Arenas cross-platform experience, which combines 9Lives Arena on PC and consoles with the My Ooogy App on mobile (iOS and Android). Think of an Ooogy as a Tamagotchi with a lot more power. Even when youre not online, they keep working for you.
What is Permadeaths persistent progression, and how does it work?
You can fight in the Training Arena as many times as you want to level up, win resources and Blueprints, and work on your strategies and reflexes. Learn to time spells and abilities and switch them out until you find your own way to play. No lives are lost in the training area.
When youre ready to put your skills to the test and compete for a spot on the leaderboards, youll enter the Inferno Arena, where wins count and losing means death!
When a character passes away for good, he turns into a statue. Your Training Arena will show everyone the statues of your top three players.
Even though your heros items are gone, anything stored in your bank box stays with your account. All of the spells and abilities youve already unlocked and all of the blueprints youve won stay with you. When you make a new hero, he or she will have a bank full of items from which to choose.
On the other hand, your Ooogy is the biggest game-changer when it comes to making the permadeath fair. He always moves forward, and he works for you even when youre not online. No, you dont have to grind...If your Ooogy is well-fed, he can do that up to 24 hours a day.
