Making a Jacob's Ladder from an Arc Lighter & Can a Bismuth Levitator create a Frictionless Motor?

In this video I show how I made a mini Jacob's Ladder from an Arc Lighter, and conduct some experiments to answer a viewer question about if a coil of wire could turn my bismuth levitator into a frictionless motor.

I skipped over making a full tutorial for the Jacob's Ladder in this video in favor of just giving a description seeing as how the design is so simple, but I expect many of you will ask about how to modify the arc lighter.
